Job brief
We are looking for a talented and competitive lnside Sales Representative that thrives in a self-directed, technical sales environment. The successful candidate will play a fundamental role in achieving our sales and  customer satisfaction goals.You must be comfortable handling inbound sales inquiries, order entry and  tracking, working with outside sales partners, and qualifying house prospects and closing sales.
 
 
Responsibilities
  • Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead qualification and follow-up
  • Determine prospective customer needs and requirements based on your technical expertise
  • Emphasize product/service features and benefits, quote prices, discuss selling conditions, and prepare sales orders
  • Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate outside sales partners for further development and  closure to include qualification information such as calls-to-action, timelines, customer profiles, products interested in, etc.
  • Close in-house sales and achieve quarterly sales quotas
  • Execute all elements of the quote process and order entry process for all orders,  validate order accuracy and track through the fulfillment process
  • Maintain and expand our data base of completed projects for the website
  • Maintain our on-line presence via social media updates, product features, etc. as directed by sales  management
  • Update job  knowledge by studying new and existing product data and/or participating in educational  opportunities
  • Maintain CRM database to include all daily work and scheduling follow up activities
  • Coordinate customer requirements with outside sales assisting with following up and following through to insure customer satisfaction.
  • General office duties as well as other duties may be assigned
 
Requirements
  • 2--4+ years of inside sales and customer service experience
  • Possess a strong customer focus and exhibit professionalism at all times when in contact with prospects, customers and sales  partners
  • Track record of over-achieving sales quotas
  • Strong phone presence and experience handling in-bound inquiries
  • Proficient with social media and web presentation tools
  • Experience working with CRM tool and data entry
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Strong listening and deductive reasoning skills
  • Apply technical training to effectively recommend the appropriate products for customers' situations
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
 
BA/BS degree or equivalent 

Compensation
$17.00 p/hr
