Recruiting and selecting senior level IT professionals from both internal and external sources. Planning and conducting innovative employment advertising campaigns Business development and managing the sales cycle by building relationships with key decision makers at targeted accounts Networking in search for new candidates and clients. Developing an effective working relationship with your target list. Conducting interviews, evaluating employment factors such as job experience, education, training, skills, knowledge and abilities. Working independently as well as in a group environment, and you will be reporting to our managing director. Requirements:
Requires a Bachelor’s degree 2-4 years of experience within the recruiting industry Knowledge with industry concepts, practices, and procedures Previous experience working with customer database Assist in the development and execution of targeted marketing campaigns Be alert to recognize and make use of favorable opportunities Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals Possesses high energy, and a can-do sales attitude, and will excel in a fast-paced office environment Excellent written and verbal communication skills Excellent time management skills
