Job Title: Division Director – Executive Recruiting
Job Summary: You are an energetic person with an entrepreneurial mindset responsible for retaining top companies and building/managing client company relationships. You will be responsible for sourcing, building pipelines, networking, gathering requirements and increasing existing business. You will be responsible for Business Development and managing the sales cycle by building relationships with key decision makers at targeted accounts, as well as lead a team of highly skilled Executive Recruiters.
Requirements: •Bachelor’s Degree •3+ years of experience working in the Executive Recruiting industry •Knowledge with industry concepts, practices, and procedures •Previous experience working with customer database •Assist in the development and execution of targeted marketing campaigns •Be alert to recognize and make use of favorable opportunities •Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals •Possesses high energy, and a can-do sales attitude, and will excel in a fast-paced office environment •Ability to work independently as well as in a group environment •Excellent written and verbal communication, and time management skills
