Career Evolutions is searching for an Account Executive for a private fast-growing communications company headquartered in Phoenix, AZ. This is a full-time position located in Denver, CO with a base + commission compensation plan + Benefits.

Job Title: Account Executive

Job Description: As an Account Executive you will be responsible for effectively promoting the organization’s communications products and services to executives and senior management across multiple industries. You will aggressively prospect and qualify new sales leads within multiple industries via phone, as well as maintaining and accurately recording results in the CRM database, and forecast sales activities. You will be working a full sales cycle. You will be striving to meet and exceed established goals, time lines and quotas. You will be working with the Account Management Team, Operations and Support Team to ensure complete customer satisfaction, as well as ensuring strong relationships with key decision-makers for accounts that will provide new business and make sure that they are continuously developing. 

Requirements:                               

 
  • Bachelor´s degree or equivalent sales experience
  • 3-5 years sales experience, preferably in the communications equipment or network services field, with a mix of inside and outside sales success
  • Experience in selling cross organizationally (C and VP levels)
  • Proven proficiency at building and developing account and territory plans
  • Ability to identify business targets, secure appointments, and execute a strategic sales process
  • Drive and determination to generate significant additional new business
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong presentation skills (Face to face)
  • Team player with good interpersonal and problem solving skills
  • Must be able to integrate knowledge across disciplines to include consultative selling, product demonstrations, closing contracts, operation/process flow, and product function
  • Highly intelligent, driven, competitive, strong work ethic, high level of integrity
