Career Evolutions is searching for an Executive Recruiter– Accounting & Finance for our location in Scottsdale, AZ. Full-time position with a fun casual team working together to make a difference in an entrepreneurial environment.
As an Executive Recruiter in our Accounting & Practice area, you will use your expertise knowledge and be responsible for full life-cycle recruiting of Accounting & Practice professionals in a variety of industries. You will be responsible for requisition, sourcing, candidate review, pre-screen and selection, testing and assessments, interview scheduling and tracking, offer and on-boarding, as well as recruitment metrics and reporting.
You will build long-lasting relationships with employers identifying their employment needs and establishing preferred skill levels and qualifications of their applicants, as well as interviewing applicants about their experience, education, training and skills. Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree, MBA is a plus
Proven track record of recruiting for accounting and finance positions in a variety of industries filling positions requiring complex accounting, finance, audit, and tax expertise
Knowledge of recruiting industry concepts, practices, and procedures
Successfully able to meet and conduct comprehensive in-person interviews with candidates
Experience in business development and accounts management, developing and expanding client relationships
Ability to recognize and use favorable opportunities to develop and execute on targeted marketing campaigns
Knowledge of various ATS systems and social networking sites
Excellent analytical, organizational, and time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Self-starter with high energy and enthusiasm & passion for recruitment with ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a high volume, fast-paced environment
