Career Evolutions is searching for a VP of Sales for a fast-growing B2C Sales and Marketing company headquartered in Chandler, AZ. Full-time position with total compensation up to $250K + Profit Sharing + Equity.

Job Title: VP Sales

Job Description: You are an Executive Leader with extensive B2C experience in all aspects of sales operations and you will take on full responsibility of the Inside Sales Team and its performance. Your progressive, on-the-spot, critical thinking ability, your enthusiastic and hard-working attitude, and your willingness to roll up your sleeves and work alongside all members of the sales team will make you the ideal person for the role. You excel in fast-paced deadline-driven work environments and you will provide clear direction to sales team including sales directors, sales managers, sales trainers and sales advisors with emphasis on improving systems, scripts, and development of team members with an emphasis to optimize important sales metrics.
You will be responsible for creating highly effective sales and rebuttal scripts, versioning scripts, tracking and analyzing versioning performance, and making appropriate adjustments to improve production and ROI. You will create & analyze sales department budgets and projections in line with operational goals and overall company growth strategy. You will collaborate with Executive Leadership team in creating and executing the leadership development plan for all sales department employees. You will manage the day-to-day activities in the sales department and deliver improved, quantifiable results on scripting changes, individual performance and team performance.

Requirements:
 
  • Bachelor’s Degree required, MBA preferred
  • Previous experience in Vice President of Sales role with proven success in a B2C environment
  • 5-8 years in a leadership position handling full accountability in sales division that delivers year-over-year improvement in quantifiable ROI results
  • Proven ability to grow a company from the strategy through execution to $20 million+ gross revenues annually
  • Proven ability to successfully direct inbound/outbound sales teams of 100+ sales associates
  • Inside Sales and Call Center experience a plus
  • Detail-oriented and comfortable with a fast-paced, high pressure environment
  • Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems preferred
  • Team player with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to articulate ideas clearly in oral and written communication
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with high level of determination
