Job Title: VP, Talent Acquisitions
Job Description: The organization is looking to tenfold within the next 8 years and you will be responsible for managing the strategic talent acquisition and workforce planning initiatives. You will be accountable for increasing applicant and candidate lead generation and ensuring hiring needs and goals of the company are exceeded including staffing, talent sourcing, assessment, and employer branding. You will develop, implement, and maximize high-impact talent acquisition tools, systems, and processes while being accountable for recruiting top talent that will support and drive strategic business goals. You will create and drive a multi-year plan for employer branding and talent sourcing, analyze talent requirements, external and internal trends, and emerging demands to fulfill the organization’s needs for talent acquisition, and develop and maintain knowledge of the competitive marketplace for all positions. You will manage the recruiting team while directing and supporting efforts to hire quality candidates within reasonable time parameters as well as drive increasingly cost-effective sources of hiring and monitor recruiting budgets and the related budget forecasting for the hiring needs.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree required, Master’s Degree in Human Resources or Management highly preferred
8-12 years of hands-on experience in Recruiting and/or Talent Acquisition on an Executive level
PHR/SPHR certification a plus
Proven success hiring executive level leadership professionals (C-, EVP-, VP-level) and high volume recruiting for call center environments
Hands-on experience developing an employment brand and a consistent message across the organization
Proven experience with recruitment for W2 and 1099 Contractor opportunities
Experience with assessments such as DISC and Predictive Index a plus
Ability to implement recruitment processes, metrics, assessments, and online testing tools across a large corporate staffing and recruitment function
Excellent leadership skills with the ability encourage and create a strong team environment
Initiative, creativity, and outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
