Job Title: Partner Development
Job Description: You will be engaged in a fun work environment working with energetic people, you will be comfortable with prospecting and cold calling and closing sales over the phone. You will engage with clients and customers as you build relationships quickly and effectively. You will master online and offline sources to develop new leads into your pipeline. You will be leading a full sales cycle to attain new business; prospecting via phone and internet, qualifying customers, and closing deals. You will be in charge of your sales goals and to make sure you achieve and accomplish those goals, and you will report to the Sales Manager.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree preferred or 2+ successful years in high volume sales
Knowledge with sales concepts, practices, and procedures
Flexibility and an ability to overcome objections
Excellent ability to adapt to new situations quickly and think on your feet
Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
Possesses high energy and a can - do sales attitude, and will excel in a fast-paced sales environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills – as there will be constant interaction with clients over the phone and e-mail
