Career Evolutions is searching for a Regional Sales Manager for a fast-growing CPG company headquartered in Salt Lake City, Utah. This is a full-time position based in Atlanta, GA with an annual compensation up to $100,000.
Job Title: Regional Sales Manager
Job Description: You will be responsible for selling the organization’s product line and developing new accounts with Retailers and Distributors. You will use your prospecting skills to identify, develop and manage new accounts to successfully reach your personal revenue targets as well as grow and scale the organization’s revenues. You will be responsible for a territory and leading and managing a team of account executives. You’ll be supported by the operations team and you will benefit from working alongside the leadership team that has charted the organization’s explosive growth.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree
3+ years of experience in B2B or B2C sales, selling consumer packaged goods or consumer products
Strong account management and business development background, with proven success in expanding client relationships and maximizing account potential
Successful experience at new account development or large account management
Demonstrated ability to consistently close sales and generate revenues
Strong track record of high level negotiation and successful internal and external relationship management
Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
