What is required for the position:
- Experience in Business Intelligence / Data Warehousing – BI / DW
- PMP Certified
- Experience with data models and data modeling best practices
- Experience with full cycle BI Implementations
- Strong knowledge of BI tools (Cognos, BO, Microstrategy) and familiarity with ETL (Informatica)
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment and juggle several things at once.
- Outgoing, assertive personality with the ability to move the process forward.
- Experience within the Healthcare space is a plus.
- Ability to do a little travel as necessary (10% - 30%)
- A degree in Computer Information Systems, CIS, MIS or related field is beneficial
- Excellent communication skills
What you will be doing:
- Working with us and one of our fantastic clients on the Business Analytics team.
- Management of BI initiatives from start to end using metrics driven approach.
- Improvement and implementation of Business Intelligence guiding and leading projects
- Coordination of communication between IT and Business Units
- Coordination of activities with the offshore team
