Title: Human Resources Analyst

Location: Radnor, PA (on-site)

The key responsibility of this position is to thoroughly manage the payroll procedures and reconcile regular and other off-cycle payrolls effectively. The primary focus will be on ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant processing of payroll and equity administration, in accordance with government regulations. This position will entail close collaboration with Finance, our Professional Employer Organization (PEO-Insperity) and other stakeholders to effectively manage the organization's payroll operations. This position will also be responsible for HR data analytics involving the collection of reports from various sources, consolidation of data and analysis. This position is highly analytical and detail oriented. The ideal candidate will be meticulous, highly organized, capable of handling multiple tasks and competing priorities.

As a dynamic and resourceful professional, we will rely on you to perform the following duties:
  • Reconcile and collaborate with PEO to ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll transactions including salaries, benefits, garnishments, taxes, and other deductions.
  • Ensures the processing of payroll updates including new hires, terminations, bonuses, equity, and other pay related transactions.
  • Prepares and maintains accurate records and reports of payroll transactions.
  • Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local payroll, wage, and hour laws, notices, and best practices.
  • Facilitates audits by providing records and documentation to auditors.
  • Develop metrics and reports that can be used to measure the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives. These metrics may include HR Weekly and Quarterly Board Dashboards, retention rates, and other performance metrics.
  • Develop solutions to bring efficiency and effectiveness in HR processes including payroll and compensation.
  • Ensure that all projects or initiatives are delivered on time and in accordance with the agreed upon scope.
  • Create reports that communicate their findings. These reports may include visualizations, charts, and graphs to help communicate data.
  • Manage key HR processes such as compensation (including Equity administration), performance management, and other related HR reports which include gathering and analyzing data related to those processes.
  • Utilize tools like surveys, and other metrics to gain insights into HR processes.
  • Ensure data integrity in the HR System and data, including the on-going updating and monitoring of the HR data quality and confidentiality standards.
  • Identify trends to help with potential issues or opportunities for improvement and make recommendations.
  • Work closely with PEO to develop consistent best practices approach on data reporting.
  • Collaborate with other HR team members as well as managers and executives across the organization to ensure alignment with the overall goals and strategies of the organization.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Minimum Education & Experience Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration/management, HR, accounting, or other related fields.
  • 3 - 5 years of related experience required.
  • 3 - 5 years in management in reporting and analytics.
  • 3 - 5 years in HR related business problems.
  • Strong project management experience.
  • Experience working with PEO a plus.
  • Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification a plus.
  • Experience in Equity Management compensation a plus.
  • Highly proficient with Microsoft applications specifically Excel required.
  • Considerable knowledge of principles and practices of Human Resources
  • Strong analytical capabilities.
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities with conflicting deadlines.
  • Strong collaboration and teamwork focus with ability to foster a team environment.
  • Ability to form and maintain relationships with clients, colleagues, and vendors.
  • Knowledgeable in leadership best practices with the ability to lead, influence mentor, coach and develop others.
