Multi-state law firm seeks an experienced Associate Attorney to join their expanding insurance subrogation practice in New Jersey. The position is fully remote. Salary is based on class year (2 - 10+) and the range for the position starts at a base pay of $85K with more available commensurate with experience. Position is bonus eligible with an excellent benefits package.

Primary Duties:

The Associate Attorney will work closely with a highly-regarded partner who handles a wide range of complex insurance matters with a focus on subrogation claims representing the insurance company. You will manage cases from inception to conclusion: drafting and filing complaints, interviewing witnesses, selecting experts, drafting discovery, conducting depositions, drafting and arguing motions, engaging in settlement discussions and interfacing with corporate clients.   

Requirements:

• 3+ years of property civil litigation experience representing insurance companies 

• Admission to the New Jersey and New York bar; other state bar admissions is a plus

• Strong writing skills with exceptional attention to detail

• Superior communication skills with the ability to work in a team environment
