An entrepreneurial boutique litigation firm seeks a Litigation Associate to join their busy New York City practice.  While the position is fully remote, New York and/or New Jersey court appearances will be required from time to time. The base compensation is up to $120K, depending upon experience.

Primary Duties:

The Litigation Associate caseload will consist of complex commercial litigations and business disputes representing medium and large companies, including Fortune 50 corporations.  Matters include banking, fair credit reporting act, discrimination in hiring practices and contract disputes. Substantive client contact is required along with the ability to handle a matter from inception to resolution.

Requirements:

• New York Bar admission
• Admission to Federal Court EDNY/SDNY
• Ability to make court appearances
