Teamcenter Help Desk/ Administrator:  This is a remote opportunity during current COVID restrictions with the ability and willingness to work at client site once COVID restrictions end

Position Overview
Perform duties as a Help Desk Support/ Systems Administrator working with project teams and end customer to support the implementation of Teamcenter solutions in the customer environment. 

Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience

  • Strong working knowledge of Siemens Teamcenter interface
  • Working knowledge of PLM implementations
  • Experience in configuring Teamcenter Preferred- open to candidates willing to grow/expand knowledge
  • Experience in Teamcenter Customization Preferred- open to candidates willing to grow/expand knowledge
  • Experience of Information Systems and Server/Client Infrastructure
  • Experience of supporting software implementations and upgrades
  • User helpdesk experience
  • Database Administration experience
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good Windows server/client skills
