Responsibilities:

• Establish and maintain quality assurance procedures
• Supervise and guide QA employees to ensure positive development
• Manage quality issues within Real Greens product line as needed
• Maintain QA records and data
• Analyze corporate data to find areas for improvement over time

Requirements:

• At least 3-5 years of experience in a QA Manager role
• Experience working in an agile development environment is necessary
• Experience with Jira is required
• A candidate that has led a team through a significant transformation in terms of maturity would be ideal
• Experience with TestRail and automated testing (e.g. Selenium) is preferred
• A four-year or higher degree in quality assurance or a related field is preferred
• Experience working with enterprise software is preferred
• Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Works well with others
