Summary:

Conexess Group is pleased to assist one of our prominent clients in their search for a Financial Business Analyst. IT Business Management Analyst. This role will be a hybrid between an IT Business Analyst and Financial Analyst.

Responsibilities:

• Aid directors and IT departments in cost analysis and forecasting for mainly the OpEx side of the IT department.
• Ensure that the OpEx forecast is current by meeting with directors and working with them to understand the changing environment while making sure these factors and variances are accounted for in the cost analysis tool.
• Help with month end budget discussions and help with various business related activities such as reconciling vendors and working through unmatched POs/invoices and other variances.
• Execute a financial mind and understand when things don’t match up and how they can educate the business on the 'why.'
• Responsible for contract review before it is sent to CIO for signature and will also aid in process improvement.

Must Have Skills:

• 3-7 years of IT financial analysis experience
• Strong excel skills
• Excellent communicator/able to present to upper leadership
• SAP and Ariba experience a big plus
