Career Evolutions is searching for a Billing Administrator for a high-tech software company in the Phoenix-metro. Full-time, direct-hire opportunity with compensation up to $60K + Excellent Benefits.
You will be performing a variety of accounting work with emphasis related to project contract / new order coordination reporting reports and special sales data coordination. Assist in analyzing sales and accounting data analysis, troubleshoot areas of discrepancy alongside sales team and help resolve issues and ensure accurate billing of contracts for the organization. Responsible for invoicing of installation projects, thoroughly reviewing contracts in order to bill all contract terms.
Responsibilities:
Read and understand complex contracts and schedule of value in order to drive project billing
Manage and accurate coordination of timely submittals of billing and payment applications
Review and Monitor project documentation to ensure billing requirements are met
Manage recurring software and hosting licenses billing
Assist with monthly billing of all service & contract agreements
Cross functional integration with all departments
Manage and maintain contract database
Work directly with C-level Executives, Stakeholders and other leadership teams to solve contract issues.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Business and/or related field
Experience with thorough review and understanding of Contract terms for Billing
Knowledge of Payment Applications (AIA/SOV)
Experience in Construction or Service industry preferred
Working knowledge of RFP and change orders
Successful track record of developing and delivering complex projects capabilities that have exceeded expectations
Proven experience in resource and project management
Experience working with International markets preferred
Deadline and detail oriented
Strong written and verbal communication skills
