Career Evolutions is searching for a Senior Business Analyst (Finance) for a health & wellness company in the Phoenix-metro. Contract opportunity with Compensation up to $45 per hour.

As a Business Analyst, you will responsible for maintaining and growing a connection between Finance and data systems for effective analysis and forecasting the trajectory of the business. focus on building quality and innovative solutions in a fast pace growing healthcare Company. You will be responsible for BI and data analytic processes focusing on design and development of reports and dashboards, data quality and automation. Additional responsibilities include designing and building reports using SSRS, SSIS, SSAS, etc.
Responsibilities:
Gather requirements, develop design and technical specification documents and perform impact analysis
Communicate effectively analytical results to the Leadership, Operations team and Franchise network
Participate to build extendable analytical data models
Perform a variety of ad-hoc finance-related projects
Troubleshoot production issues and performance tuning of performance
Work with onsite development teams, as well as, various 3rd party vendors and offsite resources
Requirements:
Bachelors of Science degree in Information Technology or equivalent experience
3+ years’ experience with analyzing financial data
Knowledge of creating and running SQL queries
Highly motivated, self-directed, results driven and the ability to perform job functions in an independent manner
Skilled in working with cross-functional teams to affect collaboration, resolution of issues and community building across multiple functions
Problem solving skills including demonstrated ability to analyze issues and to work effectively with cross functional groups to participate in problem solving
Experience with franchising is a plus
