Treasury Operations and Digital Banking Specialist                                                

The Treasury Operations and Digital Banking Specialist plays a vital role in the client experience at MapleMark Bank. This position is an operations-based position with the primary goal to assist, expand and retain client relationships while ensuring adherence to Bank policies and procedures. A successful individual in this role exhibits professionalism, courtesy and expertise in all work interactions to capably represent MapleMark Bank’s brand promises to clients, prospects, investors, employees and business partners. He/she will also be professional, thorough and organized; able to follow standard operating policies and procedures. 

Primary Duties and Responsibilities
•    Responsible for providing friendly and knowledgeable support across all aspects of the client service experience for both internal and external customers ensuring accuracy, quality and expediency via all contact channels, including inbound phone calls
•    Act as a liaison between client and operations departments of the bank
•    Perform post-implementation of Treasury Services set up for accuracy and quality control; identify and work with Treasury Services to resolve any implementation errors
•    Perform approved temporary limit increase for various Treasury and Digital Banking products 
•    Maintain strong working knowledge of bank products/procedures, regulatory requirements and industry best practices through continuing internal and external training
•    Uses knowledge to make recommendations according to clients’ needs on products and services offered by the Bank
•    Assist retail and commercial customers with online banking access inquiries
•    Assists customers through the online account opening process
•    Completes monthly reporting functions as assigned
•    Perform post-implementation of Treasury Services set up for accuracy and quality control 
•    Open new accounts through various means; primarily online banking
•    Participate in special projects as needed
•    Other duties as assigned

•    Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
•    Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
•    Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization
•    Ability to calculate figures and amounts 
•    Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists
•    Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form

Supervisory Responsibility
•    This role has no supervisory responsibilities 

Preferred Qualifications
•    Knowledge and experience with all phases of Bank operations including treasury services, private banking, retail banking, and commercial banking
•    Ability to manage and cross-sell a client
•    Previous ACH operations experience preferred
•    Understanding of NACHA rules and FFIEC guidance preferred
•    Basic computer skills-ability to interact with clients using banking technology
•    Organized; ability to manage time effectively and to multi-task
•    Self-motivated, thorough, assertive, performs well in a competitive white-glove environment
•    The ability to establish credibility and rapport, be friendly and personable and look for ways to benefit the client's financial relationship

Minimum Qualifications
•    College degree preferred but commensurate work experience will be considered
•    High School diploma or GED
•    General knowledge of Digital Banking and Treasury products and services preferred
•    Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
•    Ability to break down problems, investigate root causes and identify timely resolutions
•    Self-motivated to learn new processes and to adapt and thrive in a fast paced, changing environment
•    Previous Personal Banker/Teller experience a plus
•    Maintain attention to the matter at hand with frequent interruptions during the day
•    Available to work flexible hours
•    Strong self-starter
