We are looking for a Hardware Test Engineer to join our team in the consumer electronics industry in Redmond!

The right candidate will have a strong electrical engineering background with the following experience:

·       Strong understanding of DRAM Interfaces(DDRx/GDDRx)

·       Strong understanding of High Speed Signaling and Computer Architecture

·       Familiar with lab equipment including oscilloscopes, DMMs, signal generators, DC loads, etc

·       Familiar with schematic capture and PCB layout tools (preferably Cadence Allegro)

·       Ability to take high level test plans and develop detailed test cases and procedures

·       Independent problem solving and general debugging of complex PCBA designs

·       Good written and verbal communication, including ability to clearly present test results

·       Organization and time management skills

·       Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks given by engineering team

• Demonstrates strong design and/or test skills.
• Demonstrates managing through ambiguity, and technical problem solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, influencing, leadership, verbal and written communication skills required.
• Hands-on experience in the development of high-volume consumer electronic product is desired.

Design verification activities to design quality into our products. Activities include develop and execution test plans and procedures. Perform functional, stress, system, and other types of testing.  Identification of test tool requirements, and participation in specification and design reviews.  Must be able to execute tests with little to no supervision.  Find complex bugs, root cause and track them while recording and informing others of all appropriate and relevant info.
