- Expert SQL skills required to leverage and analyze CRM data to improve guest experiences across all channels, while ensuring data accuracy is accounted for when including the data from the various integrated systems.
- Accountable for gathering, architecting and analyzing data to derive specific insights that augment our online, email, social, and in restaurant marketing initiatives.
- Partner with Leaders, Strategists, and Campaign Team to provide actionable (i.e. Campaign Analysis, Customer Segmentation, Demographic Profiling, Localize Marketing)
- Create relevant & actionable dashboards, reports and ad hoc analyses to drive visual insights to derive strategic decisions and enabling actionable marketing efforts across the company.
- Depth and experience in various reporting/visualization tools
- Develop deep knowledge of data, including cross-channel analysis from multiple data platforms and staying abreast of industry trends and best practices.
