You will join a team to be a part of growing and building-out the Account Management / Customer Success function ensuring a world class experience around service and installation of products across the nation.
You will be responsible for as Lead POC for all matters specific to your customer accounts, while ensuring timely delivery of solutions to the customer needs and objectives. Work on special projects for different customers. Assist Operations with verification of customer orders.
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s Degree desired
1+ years’ experience working as an Customer Success or Account Management in a SaaS environment
Maintain customer records thru CRM (Salesforce)
Work on special projects as it relates to customers
Excellent customer service skills and technical troubleshooting experience and an enterprise environment
Excellent time management skills and proven ability to manage multiple initiatives at one time
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
