Career Evolutions is searching for a Active Directory Engineer for a growing tech company based in Scottsdale, AZ. Contract-to-Hire opportunity position with compensation up to $50 per hour.

Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for analysis, design, implementation coordination and escalation support of complex, enterprise level active directory solutions, specifically pertaining
Develop standards, target states, roadmaps, effectively socializing and obtaining consensus across architecture, engineering and operations teams
Main core responsibility - Active Directory Domain Controller
Handle Cloud migration process (moving domain to AWS)
Authenticate and authorize all users and computers. Also, assign and enforce security policies. Manage permissions and access to network resources
Work within the engineering organization, interacting with peer teams and partner groups, scaling and deploying improvement, consolidation and migration efforts within the enterprise
Manage and perform engineering role for large scale Active Directory initiatives
Scale Active Directory efforts and initiatives
Perform various functions and duties in support of audit and compliance deliverables - verification/remittance of directory security evidence
Develop detailed architecture, standards, design and implementation documentation
Analyze current active directory environment to identify both technical and operational challenges while making recommendations and developing solutions for improvement
Participate in or lead complex or high severity troubleshooting and incident/problem resolutions with other infrastructure teams
Translate business requirements into highly secure technology solutions that meet the requirements of active directory policies and procedures
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related experience
5+ years' experience in Active Directory Management
Advanced knowledge of domain name controller, managing users and permissions, and enforce security policies across the organization
Experience with Cloud migrations with either AWS or Azure
