CLIENT PROFILE: We have partnered with a highly recognizable and well-branded company public company in their search for a Senior SEC Analyst.

POSITION TITLE: Senior SEC Analyst

POSITION SUMMARY: Responsible for providing external financial reports, XBRL reporting, share-based compensation and EPS, treasury stock and equity, debt reporting package to lenders, and technical accounting research.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Prepare SEC reporting documents (i.e. 10-Q/10-Ks/8-Ks/proxy statements/Section 16 filings) including external financial statements, footnotes, management discussion & analysis and review of supporting documentation for such disclosures.
  • Responsible for complying with the SEC XBRL
  • Assist in preparation of quarterly investor relations press releases.
  • Assists with external audit process by independent accounting firm.
  • Account for the following technical areas: share-based compensation and EPS, treasury stock and equity.
  • Research accounting and reporting guidance, document analysis and conclusions reached in technical memos and serve as a technical accounting resource for the accounting department.
  • Prepare quarterly reporting compliance packages for lenders.
  • Responsible for process documentation and maintaining financial reporting accounting policies in the Financial Reporting area for internal control compliance requirements.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience, with at least 2+ years in public accounting. 
  • Bachelor’s Degree and CPA certification required.
