Reviews requirements, specifications, and documentation in order to gain a thorough understanding of the programs, processes, and procedures to implement on the program supporting the federal government. Ensure compliance with required quality standards (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 20000-1, etc.) on the program.
Quality Assurance provides an outward facing service for the program and is responsible for managing the Quality Assurance program, including:
Ensure that the program complies with the ISO standards to ensure yearly certification and surveillance audits
Serves as the program’s primary interface to the Government’s Lead Contracting Officer Representative (COR)
Manages and maintains COR reports and Capture Forms
Assists the Program Manager to organize, direct and maintain the Customer Satisfaction Program
Assist with the maintenance and direction taken with the Account Operations Manuals (AOM) processes and procedures
Assists the ITCC Management Representative to manage and maintain the program’s Quality Management System
Top Secret, with eligibility for special access
QualificationsCandidate must be able to perform the following tasks:
Interfaces and works effectively with the USSTRATCOM CORs
Develops and maintains the Program Quality Manual (PQM)
Continuously improve the Quality Assurance program
Knowledgeable with ITIL® v3 concepts and policies for managing IT infrastructure, development and operations
Minimum of 5 years quality assurance background
ISO 9001 and 20000-1 standards
QA and testing standards, methodologies, tools, and processes
Quality assurance concepts and disciplines
Quality assurance metrics capture and analysis
Ability to communicate effectively with subordinates, peers and superiors
Capable of working harmoniously with others in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
