PRIMARY FUNCTION / POSITION SUMMARY:

Measurement Operations Analytics plays an integral role in developing metrics plans to accommodate analytical needs. This person will supervise the overall process from developing the metric tagging plan, testing, maintaining and auditing website tags.  Work closely with other Analysts to set up designs of experiment, measurements, monitor metrics, and analyze success throughout a campaign’s life cycle.  The Analyst will be exposed to a wide range of clients, projects and responsibilities.  Must be able to apply critical thinking and decision-making skills.  This person must possess excellent organizational, time management and interpersonal skills and should have experience working in a fast-paced environment.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES / PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Solution Creation (10%)
    • Provide counsel to various disciplines (analyst, strategic partners, developers, etc.) and clients on how to plan, setup and architect the metrics tagging to help answers business goals and objectives
    • Recommend measures to improve efficiency and/or quality of tagging
    • Lead defining tagging requirements for re-engineering/new development projects
    • Performs testing for these projects
  • Service Delivery (80%)
    • Works closely with respective team members from various disciplines (Analyst, strategic partners, developers, etc.) within the agency, across agency and the client to create analytics plan, assist developers, manage issues, perform tests and ensure that global standards are being utilized 
    • Works with database and other business partners (internal and external) to procure and ensure the timely and accurate delivery of data elements required for post-campaign analysis
    • Identifies hypotheses, test designs, business cases and customer data requirements for these campaigns
    • Conducts interim and post-campaign analyses
    • Interprets industry and historic customer data and trends to provide insight into both completed campaigns as well as strategy for future campaigns
    • Writes preliminary and final reports
    • Presents project specific findings to team members and internal clients and collects feedback
    • Performs other duties and projects as assigned
  • Integration (10%)
    • Participates in development and training sessions
    • Logical and creative thinking for ways innovate and do things better and smarter
  • Maintain and support all company standards as specified within the Quality Management System.
  • Supports/facilitates the mandatory adherence to ISO9001:2015 requirements, processes and procedures.
  • Perform other duties and projects as assigned.

    • Working knowledge of Omniture Site Catalyst
    • Working knowledge with Javascripts
    • Proficient with Excel macros/pivot tables
    • Working knowledge of Google DFA/DART
    • Working knowledge of Paid Search analytics tool (i.e. AdLense/Efficient Frontier, Marin)
    • Experience with Digital Ad Technology (Ad Servers, DSP, Bid Management Platforms)
    • Advance proficiency with word processing and business software (Word, PowerPoint, MS Projects, Visio)
  • Client Management
    • Experience successfully managing client relationships

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Educational Background
    • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative discipline (mathematics, economics, statistics, applied psychology, research methods or related subject) or equivalent experience preferred
  • Previous Work Experience
    • 1-2 years of web analytics, implementation or relevant experience
    • Ability to clearly communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
    • Expertise in gathering data, performing analysis, developing campaign marketing analysis reports, and creating client presentations
  • Experience Preferred
    • Automotive industry experience
    • Marketing analysis experience
    • Digital, and/or CRM marketing experience
