Conexess is a full-service staffing firm offering contract, contract-to hire, and direct placements. We have a wide range of recruiting capabilities extending from help desk technicians to CIOs. We are also capable of offering project based work.- Provides expert content/professional leadership on complex Employee Migrations assignments/projects
- Exercises considerable creativity, foresight, and judgment in conceiving, planning, and delivering initiatives
- Leads the planning and implementation of large programs in the function, and regularly interfaces with senior management
- Uses deep professional knowledge and acumen to advise functional leaders
- Focuses on providing thought leadership within Business Operations but works on broader projects, which require understanding of wider business.
Skills:
- 8 years of Program Management and PMO Lead experience, including 5+ years of managing large, complex programs
- Business transformation experience and ability to drive change within a large and diverse organization
- Proven ability to operate and execute large-scale programs in dynamic environments
- Proven ability to implement new processes and drive adoption
- Extensive experience with aligning stakeholders and communicating information to enable leaders, teams and stakeholders to make fact-based and timely decisions
- Strong knowledge of industry standards and techniques for project management and delivery
- Strong financial acumen for financial and budgetary tracking and reporting
- Effective interaction and collaboration with peers and business partners
- Able to interact, partner and provide thought leadership with confidence and ease
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills High attention to detail
- Excellent analytical, communication, interpersonal, organizational, planning and time management skills
- Ability to effectively navigate through a highly matrixed organization, within multiple time zones
- Focused and versatile team player that is comfortable under pressure
- Experience with Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies
