Job Summary

Support the operational needs of the D2C Marketing Team in order to bring the (client) story to life across all D2C channels: both owned brick and mortar stores and online experiences. This role is responsible for the management of meetings, brief submissions, updating timelines, creative review schedules, calendar updates and routing final approved creative marketing materials (to UX team for digital and print team for physical) to key team members for final execution. This key support partner will help us bring the ultimate (client) Brand Experience to life across our D2C channels, and ensure all details are secured and in place to bring our brand vision to life. With a keen attention to detail, this highly organized individual will be laser focused on executing with excellence with the hard- working customer in mind. Reports to D2C Sr. Manager and supports our mission to allow the (client) customer to shop where they want, when they want, with ease and inspiration.

 

Representative Responsibilities

  • Routes final creative assets to print and user experience (UX) partners for go live in stores (Store Operations & Merchandise Partners)
  • Manages the scheduling and organization of critical marketing pipeline meetings 
  • Works with a multi-channel mindset to help streamline communication and process
  • Meticulously updates key tracking documents, briefs, and calendars
  • Communicates changes out to the team larger D2C team as needed/directed

 

Required Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Admin, Marketing, Project Management, Communications or equivalent years of experience required

 

Required Skills & Experience

  • Strong understanding and grasp of project management through programs, outreach and relationships.
  • Detail oriented and strives in the constantly changing environment of retail
  • Minimum of 1-3 year’s relevant experience with project management or business admin
  • Intermediate Proficiency in Microsoft Office required
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, teamwork, organizational skills, and initiative prioritization
