Career Evolutions is searching for a Project Manager for a fast growing Design company. Full-time, Direct-Hire opportunity up to $100K.
As the Project Manager you will be responsible in providing training/mentoring of the design resources in all areas of work we do associated with all projects. You will ensure that the project team are meeting the client’s satisfaction and budget. You will work cross functionally with different departments, engineers and designers. Provide reports on project status, schedules, resources restraints, and other info related the success and failures of projects.
The Project Manager has the overall responsibility for project performance and customer satisfaction, taking it from concept to completion.
RESPONSIBILTIES
Responsible for Managerial aspects of projects. Which includes: scheduling, estimating, progress reports, quality control, billing, design review and coordination
Review and direct revisions to design packages, as-builds and redlines
Conduct meetings with Customers, Owners and Key Stakeholders
Setup and maintain projects schedule and budgets
Manage cross discipline coordination (Electrical, Construction, Architectural, and Chemical).
Define scopes and propose on new work
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelors Degree in Engineering or related field
4+ years’ experience in Project Management
PMP Certification Preferred
Advanced knowledge in AutoCad and Revit
Advanced knowledge of project management techniques, design standards, principles and practices.
Possess strong organizational skills, along with ethics and integrity
