Talent Orchard LLC, a boutique workforce solutions company, has been engaged by MedBridge to recruit a Vice President level senior business strategist to join their leadership team. The VP will be an integral part of the executive team and will play a key role in driving value within existing markets while developing the entry strategy focused on untapped sectors within Healthcare. The VP will have the opportunity to build an internal consultancy structured to deliver exceptional solutions in digital content to MedBridge’s client-base while optimizing ROI and value within the firm. Your responsibilities as VP Strategic Solutions will include;

  • Own the MedBridge Business Strategy to drive value for the client, designing products and solutions informed by client needs.
  • Build an innovative and high-performance team with an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Assist direction of Roadmap Steering Committee and collaborate with the CEO, Executive Team, and team members across the organization, including Product Management, Design, Content Development, Business Development, Account Management, and Marketing.
  • Define, develop and present new solutions to the CEO and senior executives from a revenue and product/content perspective.
  • Develop a trusted advisor relationship with customer executive sponsors, aligning business case and strategy with the full potential of MedBridge solutions.
  • Ensure MedBridge is a valued and integral partner to our clients in achieving their goals and in realizing revenue growth both for our clients and MedBridge.
  • Increase the customer lifetime value through broader product usage, deeper product expansion, increased customer health scores.
  • Ensure Customer Satisfaction (CSAT).

To be successful in this role, your background will likely include the following;

  • A Bachelor’s degree in business, science or technology fields, with a MBA strongly preferred.
  • Extensive demonstrated engagement management experience at a top-tier consulting firm focused upon the healthcare sector.
  • Engagement experience at the nexus of technology and content delivery for clients.
  • Proven examples of interaction at the highest levels of company organizations, including being a trusted adviser to the C-Suite.
  • Proven network of leadership-level relationships within the hospital, specialty care, nursing services and home-health business community.
  • A passion for innovating to improve patient outcomes.
  • Willingness to travel as needed, nationally (approximately 25% of time).
