Talent Orchard, LLC has been retained by a top defense firm in their search for a Technical Writing Manager opportunities in Fort Belvoir, VA.

Responsibilities:
 

Design and develop program management, technical and operational artifacts related to required contractual deliverables, and internal and client-facing communication mechanisms.  Design and execute initial and ongoing procedures for the production of these artifacts and communication mechanisms, including roles and responsibilities for providing inputs/contributions to artifacts, review and approvals of artifacts, delivery and retention of artifacts, and timelines for production, review, approval and delivery of artifacts.  Design and develop visual representations of complex raw data to facilitate effective and efficient consumption of data and business decision making.

Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in the development and production of executive level reporting artifacts and operational and technical reports pertaining to the cybersecurity, intelligence, and technical fields.  Highly skilled in common tools including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.  Experience in collaboration tools including SharePoint and Microsoft Access is preferred.  Bachelor’s degree with 10 – 12 years’ experience, Master’s degree with 8 – 10 years’ experience, or PHD with 5 – 7 years’ experience. TS/SCI w Poly preferred.
