The solutions you will sell include;

  • Contract and contract to hire staffing across all disciplines including IT, Digital, Finance, HR, Sales and Marketing.
  • Executive search and strategic placement.
  • Project-based recruiting process outsource (RPO).
  • Consulting solutions, including, human capital management, workforce planning and Organizational Design.

What you can expect to do;

  • Research, prospect and network extensively within your territory and be visibly engaged in the business community.
  • Utilize networking, cold-calling, email campaigns and research to build a sustainable account book.
  • Work with leadership to identify strategic areas of focus, aligned with your network and our past-performance to develop a rapid win strategy.
  • Become fully familiar with the Workforce Solutions sold @Orchard so as to cross-sell opportunities.
  • Work smoothly and effectively with a virtual candidate delivery team.
  • Focus on winning work with sustainable clients our model thrives when we can grow accounts through repeatable business.
  • Meet and exceed all sales goals consistently.
  • Track all activity effectively within our CRM platform.
  • Provide weekly activity reporting to leadership and participate in weekly Sales stand-up.

Your background will look something like this;

  • At least 12 months current experience selling staffing, placement or RPO services.
  • Proven track record of winning and growing accounts (Hunter/Farmer combination).
  • Demonstrated skills in leveraging social media, networks and research tool to prospect for new business.
  • Proven ability to win business while working without significant day-to-day oversight.
  • Highly self-motivated and a desire to “own” your market.
  • Able to work independently while complying with an existing structured process that has delivered proven results.
