Land Surveyor Texas RPLS


Austin based Civil Engineering and Survey firm has position available for a State of Texas licensed R.P.L.S. with a minimum of three years survey experience. Candidate will perform activities including property/easement/abandonment descriptions, topographic surveys, title surveys (as-built, Category IA Condition II, ALTA/NSPS), platting, flood certificates, home production services and will assist with construction layout. Candidate will supervise survey technician staff and sign/seal surveying documents. The ideal candidate will have proficient skills in AutoCAD, Civil 3D and Trimble Business Center. Responsibilities will also include having good client interaction and returning calls on a timely basis.
