CLIENT PARTNER PROFILE & VALUE PROPOSITION: We are seeking a Property Accountant for a growing Orange County company, with a great working environment. Lighter experience ok!

POSITION TITLE: Property Accountant(Direct Hire)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Prepare and review balance sheet, income statements and cash flow analysis
• Handle month-end close for the properties 
• Reconcile multiple bank statements monthly for each property
• Generate, review, print and distribute multiple reports as needed

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS: 

• BA/BS in Accounting or Finance
• 2-4 years of experience
• Any real estate experience a plus.
• Yardi a must and SAGE/MAS a big plus!
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
