Our client, a legacy in the luxury industry is looking for a Content Writer to help them grow their online market presence. This is a full time permanent position based in Montreal.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Create attention-grabbing content for several social media account and clients blogs both in French and English
• Create and manage print, web, and email marketing copy that aligns with the different brands and overall strategic directive of the Marketing Department
• Research and analyze keywords for best practices and content creation (SEO descriptions)
• Ensure all content, both editorial and promotional, commits to the highest standards of the brand and ladders up to specific marketing objectives
• Proof-read and edit all marketing and editorial content

REQUIREMENTS :

• Bachelor degree or diploma in Marketing/Communications or within a related discipline
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in copy writing, preferably in retail or agency
• Solid knowledge of social media audiences and online trends
• Graphic design and photography skills, experience with Photoshop
• Previous experience in social media, marketing, communications is required
• Bilingual, French and English

• An imaginative and creative writer with the ability & flexibility to work in a range of writing styles, tone and voice accordingly with the brands.
• Strong attention to detail with a good understanding of typography and design
• Excellent time management skills
• Maintain a sense of open dialogue between the target audience and through consistent and ongoing engagement
• Desire to work in a fast-paced environment
