Position Summary: Perform work that supports the timely and accurate flow of information and outputs for
others. Works collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders and demonstrates cultural competence
working with diverse consumers.Technical/Functional Expectations:
1. Document Processing: Transcribe, create, format, input, edit, retrieve, copy, and transmit text, data, and graphics in
order to produce documents and presentations.
2. Responsible for the File On Q process: To ensure the confidentiality and daily accounting of client files and records.
3. Planning/Scheduling: Plan and schedule meetings, meeting rooms, conferences, teleconferences, and travel schedules
to support Care Center Manager and partner staff.
4. Switchboard Operation: To provide back-up coverage to answer calls on switchboard in order to make proper
connections to requested personnel or provide routine information to callers and visitors to the Care Center.
5. Maintain Files: Store and retrieve files both hard copy and electronically in accordance with established procedures in
order to ensure the timely access of information and records.
6. Spreadsheets: Create spreadsheets with appropriate data in order to provide others with organized statistical reports or
graphs.
7. Petty Cash reconciliation: To ensure proper accounting and documentation of the petty cash funds.
8. Other duties as required: Job performance requires fulfilling other incidental or related duties as assigned, assisting
and training others, and performing duties of higher rated positions from time to time for developmental purposes.Behavioral Competencies:

3. 2 years administrative assistant experience: In order to demonstrate relevant experiences and competency in serving
in this capacity.Educational and Experience Requirements:
1. High School Diploma required.
2. AA/AS - Associates Degree or equivalent preferred.
3. 2 years related experience required.
4. Prior human services or non-profit experience preferred.Physical Requirements:
