Enterprise Architect 

Talent Orchard, LLC has been contracted by a top defense firm in their search for an Enterprise Architect for work in the Herndon, VA / Fort Meade, MD area. 

Responsibilities:
 

Enterprise Architect in the development of capabilities for the National Background Investigation System.

Designs and architects software development activities and applications, as well as component's of multi-component integrations.

Leads teams comprised of product architects, system architects, and technical leads.

Responsible for the overall system architecture of complex systems comprised of multiple components and multi-component integrations.
Acts as trusted advisor at executive level for large clients – strong boardroom participant.

Leads and coaches  engagement teams on complex or difficult client assignments.

Acts facilitative in any situation and is known for adding value, consulting and shaping development of the client’s approach to identifying and managing risks and assumptions and for realizing benefits.

Mentors and coaches, using every opportunity to develop and grow others.

Significant contributor to project, closely connected to other innovators.

Assures that correct team is assembled for an engagement

Must have active DoD security clearance or be a US Citizen and able to obtain clearance.

Qualifications: 
 

Education and Experience Required:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent.

Minimum 8 years experience with Bachelor's degree, 5 years with Master's degree

Agile experience
