Career Evolutions is searching for a Software Engineer for a growing Global organization in Eden Prairie, MN. Full-time, Direct-Hire opportunity up to $120K/Annual.

As a Software Engineer, you will develop, enhance, and sustain innovative solutions to improve the customer experience. In addition, you will implement solutions in accordance with software requirements, UI/UX design, and industry best practices. Participate in review designs and assist in meaningful collaboration sessions on solving customer problems.
Responsibilities
Code, test, debug, document and maintain software applications using established coding standards and methodologies
Participate in Scrum activities, perform code reviews, contribute to a high performing, growing team
Own component(s) of the architecture for a new Contact Center
Ensure new software meets quality standards through writing unit and automated tests
Assist in designing interfaces to improve the user experience
Support the SDLC (concept, design, test, release and support)
Gather requirements and suggest solutions and serve as a bridge between needs and technology solutions.
Responsible for managing and maintaining project and work backlog; able to re-prioritize tasks as the business deems appropriate.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related area of study
Experience with Front-End Software Engineering
Advanced HTML, CSS and JavaScript
Experience with React, Redux and/or other frameworks
Experience working in an Agile environment
Experience of UX/UI Design
