Client Service Specialist

The Roush Group, an established financial investment firm in the heart of downtown Fresno, CA is currently searching for an enthusiastic Client Service Specialist to join its dynamic team. This position will be responsible for assisting in the development and maintenance of referral and networking programs with clients and other centers of influence. The candidate will also prepare client facing templates, formats and disclaimers and oversee the execution and implementation of the firms’ marketing plan and maintaining social media profiles.

• Communicating with clients, verbally and in writing;
• Scheduling client service appointments and organizing meetings;
• Troubleshooting client service issues;
• Serving as a liaison between advisors and clients while providing exceptional customer service;
• Designing client correspondence and presentations;
• Updating and entering data into the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software;
• Embracing brand stewardship to clients, advisors and the organization;
• Working closely with team members and enhancing the new client experience;
• Providing additional support, as needed.

The ideal candidate must have a Bachelor’s Degree. Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, professional appearance, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multi-task with a high level of attention to detail and critical thinking skills. Must have an attitude of servitude, be a team player, self-motivated and have the desire to work successfully in a small company environment.
