Responsibility:

• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
• Assist project manager to Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
• Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
• Assist project manager to Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate tools and techniques
• Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
• Report and escalate to management as needed
• Successfully manage the relationship with the client and stakeholders
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks
• Create and Maintain comprehensive project documentation             

Qualification：

• Strong organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Decision making, Leadership, thoroughness and always with customer/client focus
• bachelor degree required, engineering background preferred
• 1 year work experience required, 3+ years preferred
• MS Office software experience required, Excel project preferred.
