Territory Sales Manager- Hospital Medical Sales (San Francisco NORTH); Global and well known medical device manufacturer looking for an experienced medical sales representative! This is a company that prides itself with excellent products that are patient need focused and a wonderful company culture.  They are looking for a medical sales professional who has sold medical devices or medical disposable's and is very open to a medical dealer sales representative (Medical Distributor Representative) who wants to transition out of distributor sales to selling a dedicated line of medical products into the hospital segment.
 
A majority of the call points are Acute Care Hospital focused selling to WOCN nurses, select physician "influencer" customers, as well as selling to the Home Health Care segment to a lessor degree. They prefer someone with a Minimum of 3 to 5 years experience selling medical products into a hospital (Acute Care Sales Segment) or those with Hospital Medical Dealer background, but open to those who sell into other medical market segments a medical device or medical disposable.
 
CAREER TIPS:
Position Location and Coverage:
  • Candidate can be based out San Francisco, Petaluma, San Rafael, Vallejo or Oakland, CA
  • Territory covers San Francisco North to the border and East to Sacramento (Key Account Approach to territory management)
  • ​3 to 4 overnights per month
Compensation:
  • Base salary 70K to 75K
  • Uncapped Commission at plan: 60K
  • 130K to 135K total at plan
  • Issued a COMPANY CAR or Monthly Car Allowance (your choice!) with gas card for both options.
  • All Reimbursed Travel
  • Full medical, dental benefits and 401K
Required Skills

*MUST have 4 year college degree (NO exception)
*Minimum 3 to 4 years of medical device or medical disposable sales (Very open to Medical Dealer or Medical Distributor sales background).
*Resume reflects Job Stability vs. multiple job hopping.
Optional Skills

*Not mandatory, BUT strongly prefer someone with hospital sales background.
*Urology Sales background a BIG plus!
