SIGINT Research Analyst II

Talent Orchard, LLC has been contracted by a top defense firm in their search for a SIGINT Research Analyst II

Responsibilities:
 

SIGINT Research Analyst II. Monitor and develop target sets, develop and run queries; analyze collected data. Identify changes in and alternate means of communication. Leverage new collection resources and share with key parties. Conduct Dialed Number Recognition (DNR) and Digital Network Intelligence (DNI) analyses. Collaborate with SIGDEV community to introduce new tools and avenues of pursuit. Advise key stakeholders on operational workflows and requirements.

Qualifications:
 

Experience performing analyses in connection with radar, instrumentation, electronic, and communication signals. Possesses in-depth SIGINT understanding. Understand Internet Protocols, telecom technologies, and internet routing. 9-11 years of demonstrated experience at NSA/CSS or its Extended Enterprise as a Target Digital Network Analyst (TDNA), Network Exploitation Analyst (NEA), and/or Sigint Geospatial Analyst (SGA). Edu/Exp: HS +11-14 Years, BA/BA 5-10 Years, or MA/MS +3-6 Years. Desired Certs: DoD 8570 IAT Level II. TS/SCI required.
