Intelligence Planner II

Talent Orchard, LLC has been contracted by a top defense firm in their search for an Intelligence Planner II

Responsibilities:
 

Intelligence Planner II. Supports intelligence planning programs, initiatives, and projects. Experience integrating all-source intelligence, adversary capabilities and courses of action (COAs); and information regarding coalition intelligence and shortfalls into Operational Plans (OPLANS), Contingency Support Plans (CONPLANS), Collection Support Plans (CSPs) and other plans. Drafts and updates the Commander’s Priority Intelligence Requirements (PIRs), Essential Elements of Information (EEIs), Indications and Warning (I&W), standing and ad hoc collection and production requirements, and other mission-critical planning artifacts. Briefs senior military and Government officials and collaborates with intelligence agency liaisons to analyze intelligence plans and requirements, identify gaps, and develop mitigation plans to fill intelligence shortfalls.

Qualifications:
 

Minimum five years of experience as a Service or Joint Intelligence Planner at Division, MAGTF, Wing or higher command level. Complete working knowledge of the MDMP/JOPP, Joint Operation Planning and Execution System (JOPES), and APEX planning formats and guidance. Edu/Exp: HS +11-14 Years, BA/BA 5-10 Years, or MA/MS +3-6 Years. Desired Certs: JPME I level; DoD 8570 IAT Level II. TS/SCI required.
