We have been contracted by a top defense contractor to assist find excellent talent to support brand new work including a critical role for an experienced Intelligence Planner to be located at Fort Gordon in Georgia. This role does require the right candidate to hold a current active Top Secret clearance with SCI.

Responsibilities:
Intelligence Planner III.

• Supports intelligence planning programs, initiatives, and projects.
• Extensive experience integrating all-source intelligence, adversary capabilities and courses of action (COAs); and information regarding coalition intelligence and shortfalls into Operational Plans (OPLANS), Contingency Support Plans (CONPLANS), Collection Support Plans (CSPs) and other plans.
• Drafts and updates the Commander’s Priority Intelligence Requirements (PIRs), Essential Elements of Information (EEIs), Indications and Warning (I&W), standing and ad hoc collection and production requirements, and other mission-critical planning artifacts.
• Briefs senior military and Government officials and collaborates with intelligence agency liaisons to analyze intelligence plans and requirements, identify gaps, and develop mitigation plans to fill intelligence shortfalls. Mentors Mid-level and Junior staff.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 10 years of experience as a Service or Joint Operations Planner at Division, MAGTF, Wing or higher command level.
• Complete working knowledge of the MDMP/JOPP, Joint Operation Planning and Execution System (JOPES), and APEX planning formats and guidance.
• Educational requirements; Undergraduate degree with 10 years of experience or Masters degree and a minimum of 8 years of experience
• Certifications desired; JPME I level; DoD 8570 IAT Level II.
• Clearance; Active TS/SCI required.
