Career Evolutions is searching for a UI Engineer for a fast-growing Fin-Tech start-up company in Phoenix, AZ. Full-time, Direct-Hire opportunity with compensation up to $90K/Annual + Benefits.

Responsibilities:
Develop the UI of new products and enhance UI for company’s clients
Provide guidance on incorporating user research methodologies into the product design and development lifecycles
Conceptualize new design solutions - bringing them to life through comps, wireframes, rapid prototypes, and final designs and templates
Analyze and predict user behavior, identifying and implementing opportunities to improve UI/UX on the clients E-Commerce sites
Collaborate with teams across the organization and the company to ensure we maintain industry leadership, and deliver innovative and exciting designs that meet Company’s business goals.
Requirements:
Strong Understanding of Development and Design principles
Experience with Plug-ins: Magento or Blue Commerce
Experience with Adobe Products: Sketch and Invision (PLUS)
Knowledge of Shopping Carts for online markets (PLUS)
