Hospital Medical  Device Sales; Global leader and strong growth medical device company with a break into medical device sales opportunity for an outside B2B sales person! This is a company that prides itself with excellent products that are patient need focused and a wonderful company culture.  They are looking for a proven B2B sales professional who knows how to drive sales. They prefer someone with a Minimum of 3 to 5 years experience with Business to Business outside sales working for a large corporation that has a strong Sales Training Program (like ADP, PAYCHEX, Enterprise Rental or etc.) AND proof of top "file and rank" top sales and awards. 
 
Working under the direction of the Division Manager, you will be responsible for growing the preserving the existing customer base in the Acute Care Market Segment (Hospitals are their main focus), conducting “In-Service” and educational meetings with Nurse, Physician and Material Manager end users in the Hospital Setting and developing new business. As a medical product expert you will also partner and train distributors on their line of products and take part in vendor fairs and other promotional activities.
 
Position Location and Coverage:
  • Candidate based out of Phoenix area (Scottsdale, Glendale, Mesa or etc.)
  • Phoenix primary focus, but covers AZ (Tucson) and fly-to travel covering Vegas on occasion. 
  • 4 to 5 overnights per month
Compensation:
  • Base 65K
  • Uncapped Commission at plan: 60K
  • $120,000 to $125,000 annual income range (program for quick advancement on base pay with tenure and tops sales accomplishment in place)
  • COMPANY CAR with all maintenance and ALL related expenses covered OR personal auto reimbursement
