Hospital Medical Sales; Global leader and strong growth medical device company seeking an experienced Medical Sales Representative! This is a company that prides itself with excellent products that are patient need focused and a wonderful company culture.  They are looking for a proven sales professional who knows how to drive sales. They prefer someone with a Minimum of 2 to 3 years experience selling medical products into the hospitals/acute care market segment, but will accept resume's with other call point experience in the medical sales industry.
 
Working under the direction of the Division Manager, you will be responsible for growing the preserving the existing customer base in the Acute Care Market Segment (Hospitals are their main focus), conducting “In-Service” and educational meetings with Nurse, Physician and Material Manager end users in the Hospital Setting and developing new business. As a medical product expert you will also partner and train distributors on their line of products and take part in vendor fairs and other promotional activities.
 
Position Location and Coverage:
  • Candidate based out of Phoenix area (Scottsdale, Glendale, Mesa or etc.)
  • Phoenix primary focus, but covers AZ (Tucson) and fly-to travel covering Vegas on occasion. 
  • 4 to 5 overnights per month
Compensation:
  • Base 70K to 75K
  • Uncapped Commission at plan: 60K
  • $130,000 to $135,000 annual income range (experienced reps. in company make much more!)
  • COMPANY CAR with all maintenance and ALL related expenses covered OR personal auto reimbursement 
  • All Reimbursed Travel and Entertainment
  • Full medical, dental benefits and 401K

Required Skills

*MUST have 4 year college degree.
*Minimum 2 to 3 years medical device sales experience
*Strongly prefer Acute Care/Hospital Sales background
*Consistent at quota or above sales performance
