What You Will Do

Availability Managers responsible to oversee all IT services, and ensure they remain available to the client always. This includes desktop, server, network, telephony and cloud-based services. In the circumstances where a service outage does occur it is their role to ensure service is restored as fast as possible.  This is accomplished via coordinating with multiple teams to include high level briefings to client and senior leadership.  That coordination combined with an intricate knowledge of the entire technology infrastructure allows for an extremely high success rate.  This role requires high level, time sensitive, decision making, while supporting a high profile large Government client. Once service restoral is accomplished, root cause analysis is completed, to ensure similar outages do not re-occur.

You will work closely with other highly skilled and experienced Systems Administrators and Help Desk professionals.

Who You Are

A Systems Administrator that analyze and resolve complex problems associated with server hardware, applications, and software integration.

Our minimum requirements for this role:

Security Clearance Required: TS/SCI w/ Polygraph

• Fifteen (15) years of experience as an SA in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity are required.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university is required. Five (5) years of additional SA experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree.
• Experience in ticket management system like Remedy is a plus. 
• Unix experience is not required but is a plus.
• DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

*HDI Problem management certifications

*ITIL V3 certified
