Low Voltage Technician

Central California Electronics (CCE), a local provider of electrical products and infrastructure services, is searching for an enthusiastic and motivated Low Voltage Technician to join its dynamic team in Fresno. This position will be responsible for installing low voltage systems. Installations include security systems, alarms, fire alarms, CCTV Camera and communications solutions for commercial and industrial markets. In addition, this position will service and troubleshoot platforms for various clients.

• Installing and assembling high quality commercial low voltage systems and products
• Programming panels and testing equipment
• Troubleshooting and servicing devices and systems; resolving customer problems
• Educating customers on products and software installed
• Training end-users, and communicating system performance highlights

• Two (2) years’ experience in a related capacity and field
• High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
• Knowledge of various low voltage systems including, security, alarms, fire alarms and CCTV
• Knowledge of Information Technology systems and networking, is a plus!
• Demonstrated ability to take initiative and assume responsibility for the quality of service
• Excellent track record of establishing strong customer relationships
• Superior customer service skills
• Ability to organize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously under deadline pressure
• Ability to be part of and work in a strong team environment
• Interpersonal skills to work with diverse groups, both internally and externally
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Valid California driver’s license in good standing with proof of minimum level of insurance
