Central California Electronics (CCE), a local provider of electrical products and infrastructure services, is searching for an enthusiastic and motivated Estimator/Salesperson to join its dynamic team in Fresno. This position will be responsible for developing and implementing sales plans and strategies to a variety of end markets. In addition, to selling low voltage products and solution platforms to various clients. Products include security systems, fire alarm systems, CCTV Cameras and communications solutions for commercial, industrial markets. This position will source for new business and service existing customers.

 

Core duties, include, but are not limited to:
  • Developing and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with key customers
  • Developing and achieving business expansion objectives
  • Developing leads and identifying sales strategies
  • Writing and submitting professional proposals
  • Meeting and exceeding sales goals
  • Preparing and delivering accurate presentations
  • Researching and implementing solutions to client issues
  • Providing end user education and training
  • Exercising sound judgment in resolving client issues

 

 The ideal candidate will meet these minimum qualifications:
  • Two (2) years’ experience in a related capacity and field
  • High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
  • Knowledge of residential electrical, security, alarm systems and low voltage is a must
  • Ability to develop new business and provide solutions to grow the client base
  • Consistent sales performance and ability to meet sales goals
  • Excellent track record of establishing strong customer relationships
  • Demonstrated ability to take initiative and assume responsibility for the quality of service
  • Superior customer service skills to ensure the success of our team
  • Ability to organize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously under deadline pressure
  • Proficiency in the use of personal computers including MicroSoft Suite
  • Interpersonal skills to work with diverse groups, both internally and externally
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Valid California driver’s license in good standing with proof of minimum level of insurance
